Magret de canard fumé maison – Maisons-Laffitte (78)


Hélène,
Just for info, last night I did some Pasta farfalle, a sautée ‘d onion,
small tin of flagolets from the cupboard, fresh parsley, salt and pepper
and your delicious smoked duck. I sliced the duck and tossed it in the pan at the very last minute just to heat it through.
My son Alex said it was like a chef’s meal ! and there’s some left for my lunch
